This track was written in memory of Adrian Borland
(singer of The Sound)

Adrian suffered from Schizoaffective Disorder
and this song illustrates the moments leading to his death.

Opening with the familiar lyrics "so many feelings.."
taken from The Sounds' - "I can't escape myself"

Adrian runs from his delusions
onto the track where he later died: putting
himself and his manifestations of misery to rest
